HOW OUR BUSINESS IS STRUCTURED
At the beginning, it is advisable to do a Technical Consultation in which we plan an inspection of the Plant in question. Our team of experts assesses the current state of the machines to compliance with the essential safety requirements imposed by the standards and mandatory EU directives.
A Risk Analysis is then prepared where residual risks are indicated.
Targeted solutions are provided for each residual risk, such as, modification or replacement of guards, integration of light curtains, etc.
Following the critical issues detected, the Safety System Integration process is carried out i.e. the partial or complete refurbishment of electrical systems or mechanical components in accordance with what is indicated in the Risk Analysis document.This activity normally involves:
- The modification or replacement of on-board machine guards (fixed, interlocked movable, adjustable).
- The installation of modular metal mesh perimeter guards and associated gates with access requests.
- The installation of photoelectric barriers for access restriction on specific areas of the Plant.
Once the Safety System Integration activities have been performed, i.e., the “physical” interventions on the Plant, CE Certification is performed.
