STEP 1: IDENTIFICATION OF CRITICAL ISSUES – RISK ANALYSIS
The first approach to “bringing a Plant into compliance” is to identify critical issues, i.e., all those conditions that expose the operator in charge to risk of injury, from the simplest to the most dangerous.
These non-conformities may concern mechanical hazards (impact, crushing, abrasion, winding, dragging, cutting, etc.), hazards due to electrical energy, airborne noise, extreme temperatures, etc.
Risks and hazards must be analyzed 360° to get a complete picture of the current safety status of the Plant.
The machines are examined by our technicians, and as a result of the critical issues detected, the Hazard Analysis document is developed.
This document highlights all non-conformities detected and is shared and discussed with the customer, with the aim of sharing the types of interventions to be carried out.
