MACHINE EFFICIENCY
Older machines, as we know, are based on outdated technologies, so the performance they can offer may not meet production expectations.
The main problems that could be encountered are normally:
- low efficiency;
- need for repeated interventions by the operator (e.g. in the event of jams in the machine or in the material processed in the machine, etc.);
- requirement for frequent and prolonged maintenance, resulting in machine downtime.
These are usually critical issues that do not directly affect the safety of the machinery, but do limit its performance by penalizing its yield.
BALLARIN is able to analyze the causes that generated the critical issues and propose solutions aimed at making the machinery more efficient with a view to enhancing production capacity.
